Because this command comes from above (Mt. 28:19,20);
because God will have all men to be saved (1 Tim. 2:4);
because we shall be asked in the Last Judgement what we have done the
least of His brethren (Mt. 25:31-36);
because we want to save souls (Luk. 15:10);
because the love of our Saviour constrains us (2 Cor. 5:14);
because there is none other name, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12);
because Jesus has called us all to serve Him (John 20:21);
because in this way, God's creation will be preserved and His orders
will remain respected (Deut. 11:1).
