I did a search to see what Amazon had on Limerick. I got back a long list. These are the titles that sounded interesting at least from my view which is genealogy and history. I've not read most of them but they sounded interesting. The ones I did read have my comments. Some are available. Some are out of print or hard to get. Click on the link for details and see Amazon has to say about that. Look all you want. (It doesn't cost either of us!)

Poverty to Promise : the Monteagle Emigrants 1838-58
Dr. Chris O'Mahoney
I've not read this but I have seen a few copied pages and think it would be a wonderful book to have if you had a special intersest in these emigrants. I've also seen this book praised. It seems a shame it is out-of-print but you can see if Amazon can locate a copy for you.

An antique and storied land : a history of the Parish of Donoughmore, Knockea, Roxborough and its environs in County Limerick
Thomas Toomey
I did read this one. A good local history. You'll find it only mildly interesting unless you have an interest in the area. If your ancestors are from these parishes, you'll be very interested.
