Andrew George Reish III is the senior captain of the It’s Academic Team. He will attend Duke University next fall. He runs cross-country in the fall and track in the spring. Andrew has achieved the Boy Scout’s highest level of achievement, the Eagle Scout.

Daniel Hardman, a senior, will attend the Virginia Military Institute next fall. He is the catcher of the baseball team, and is an active social figure at GM

Jason Matlogh is the captain of the basketball team. A senior, Jason is still choosing which college to attend in the fall. He played varsity baseball for GM, last year, as well. Jason specialty is foreign culture/history

Robbie Andrews, a senior, is deciding which college to attend next fall. He is on the baseball and basketball teams at GM, and was a National Merit Commended Scholar.

Christopher Guertsen, a sophomore, has an eclectic blend of knowledge, and is the most versatile of the team members. He plays for the baseball team in the spring, and works for the Falls Church New Press as well.

Evan McCulough is the only freshman on the GM It’s Academic Team. His specialty is American History, but he has a vast and broad base of knowledge in all subjects.

Beau Fay is one of two sophomores on the It's Academic team. He throws the discus and shot put, in addition to powerlifting, and competing in the caber toss in the Virginia Scottish Games.
