A: Although Robert's Rules of Order goes into detail about steps to prevent fraud in voting, it says almost nothing about what to do when fraud is suspected. It would be impossible to recount ballots that were not saved, so that is not an option. Should another election be held? Perhaps, but I would think it would need to be ordered by a majority of an assembly, and with proper notice given.

This may, in fact, be something your organization should talk with an attorney about, as your state law may apply in the case of fraud.
