First check the bylaws for the procedure.
If the bylaws are silent, then the body that elected them to the board has the authority to remove them.
Usually, directors are elected by the organization's members by a majority vote.
If this is the case, then you will remove these directors at a meeting of the organization at which a quorum is present and a motion to Rescind the election of these directors is adopted by
a) two thirds of the members voting; or
b) a majority of the members voting if notice was sent to the entire membership of the intent to remove the directors; or
c) a majority of the entire membership of the organization.
