Why I believe that libraries are our "cultural hot spots":

Just as in the early days, when people who possessed no books themselves turned to the libraries for their information, so, today, libraries can guide the surfers on the Web, who are suffering from information overload, who happened to forget their favourite URLs or accidentally messed up their bookmarks.
