Dreaming

Listen
close your eyes and really listen
hear with your mind your nose your mouth
listen with your beating heart.

Softly
the message is ever so soft
it creeps in and soothes the waery mind
gently caressing our very being.

Echoing
making our sleeping conscious wake
spring into a tapestry of feeling, color and sound
unknown awareness our world full.

Shouting
no longer able to be ignored
gathering power and strenght bringing the unconscious to the subliminal
opening the window to the mind.

Demanding
something from inside of us
something we don not want to give
forcing action from us.

Dreaming
this place of no control
like watching a movie all we can do is lie and wait
to be led to the end.
