Hi there...we're in Costa Rica...mostly yoghurt makers at this point...sold the goats. Interesting economic thing here...milk is *very* cheap so that people with little money can afford it. The dairy farmers make a living by pricing all other dairy prod cts HIGH. So making cheese is making sense :)
