Humble Introduction of the Homepage Editor

Some readers may start wondering what kind of background does this homepage editor could have. It seems fair for everyone that information be briefly explained. I was born in Japan in 1957. I was, so to speak, an elite student in some local region. I grew up in local city and became a christian despite parents opposition when I was 18 year old and participated to Seventh-day Adventist Church. The reason why I came to the United States was that I could not stay in a medical school in Japan. I was kicked-out. The medical school had lectures and examination on Saturday and there was no flexibility. I lost the all the previledge (girlfriend and family too) as a medical student because of the observance of seventh day Sabbath (Shabbat). In 1980, I was brought to the United States to continue having medical training. I graduated Loma Linda University School of Medicine, which was affiliated with the SDA Church. I had no knowledge of Messianic Judaism at that point and the church was even anti-Semetic. It was 1980 when Messianic Jews (MJ) movement started rising in the United States. We came to know MJ in early 1990's and discovered that this is the G-d's final answer that we have had looked for many years.

As a Japanese, I am not in the place where I may insist biological evidence of Jewishness. It is almost impossible to trace pedegrees over more than 1600 years to prove even if some people suspect there might be some clue. Instead, I simply believe that everyone who observes and pays respect to Torah, and accept Yeshua (Jesus) as Messiah has a reasonable universal right to claim himself as a "Messianic Jew." Visitors' comments are, of course, always welcomed.
