"God's House" Needs you!

by tOkon

In my search for Truth Justice and the American Way, I have found help from myriad people in different *walks of life* throughout the world. Now is the time for me to give back what I have learned, and to pass knowledge and skills on to others in need.

Here in my small but global part of the world there is a grassroots drug and alcohol recovery facility. I have taken upon myself to donate my handyman skills for whatever their needs arise in that area. But alas, I can only fulfill a small part of their "wish list". So now, as in the past, I am asking for help to give help. All inquiries and donations should be directed to Jeffrey Toyer (tOkon) via my e-mail tokat@flash.net

God's House is a drug and alcohol recovery facility for men. Run by Rev. Sam Bailey Sr. (himself a recovering addict) in McKinney, Texas. Rev. Bailey envisioned a place where men could receive help with their addictions, and learn how to live drug/alcohol free lives, and regain their productive place in the community. Since 1993 God's House has helped over 1,500 men, and has placed 250 men and women in other recovery facilities. No one is turned away. (period) God's House is asking for your help and donations to continue this important community work.

I should add the fact that the local crack house residents had this facility evicted from their previous location. And is part of the reason they now can help men only. Thank ya'll for your help and donations.
