Q: Thank you for the interview Vomit. First off, where did you get your name from?
V: I play in a band called Vomit Klown. I've done that for the past ten years. We had hats made that said Vomit Klown on them. When I played college ball I hit a guy so hard that he vomited on the feild. So those two things led to the nickname Vomit. I've had that name longer than I have been in the business.
Q: How did you get your start in wrestling?
V: I played football in college. I got kicked off the team after my Sophomore year because I led the team in fights started and ejections from games. I had more penaltities than the rest of the team combined. At a gym that I worked out at a guy approached Skabbs and I about wrestling. So we thought we'd give it a shot. We both had amateur backgrounds so it was a natural thing for us.
Q: Who are the wrestlers that you look up to?
V: "Diceman" Ronnie Vegas, Iron Sheik, Foley, and Douglas
Q: Who is your inspiration?
V: My daughter
Q: What is your style of wrestling?
V: I like to brawl, but who doesn't. Big moves, some mat wrestling. I can't really say because things change from opponent to opponent.
Q: Did you grow up with wrestling?
V: Yes, I grew up around Louisville,KY. So growing up I was always watching the USWA. As a little kid I would go to the Louisville Gardens and see all my heros. Later I got involved with amatuer wrestling and Greco-Roman. I was a state finalist every year.
Q: Who do you admire from wrestling generations gone by?
V: Jerry Lawler and Bill Dundee say about '83-'89 and the Iron Sheik. Those three are about the only singles wrestlers I was really into. The Fabulous Ones, The Moondogs, The Freebirds (They are the greatest ever),the British Bulldogs, the Conquistidors and The Midnight Express (Stan Lane & Bobby Eaton). I've always been into tag teams.
Q: What was your favorite feud?
V: Freebirds and the Von Erichs. It was your classic bad boys vs. good boys. The Freebirds totally kicked ass.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 1 year?
V: Hopefully coming out with a wider repretoire of moves from the mat and the ropes. I'd like to see the Jesters get their game tighter and return to more of hardcore attitude than a parody of ourselves.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
V: Hopefully somewhere with a contract. I'd like my own action figure.
Q: What are your trademark moves?
V: Suplex, suplex, suplex. Any variation of a suplex. The springboard nutshot and the Regurgitator.
Q: Who is your dream opponent?
V: British Bulldogs '87... The Freebirds and the Von Erichs in a three way dance. Johnny Stewart and Dale Gagne in a handicap hardcore death shoot match. And Shane Douglas (ECW Shane)
Q: What organizations have you worked for?
V: Just about every one. I like to call WCWO home, they have great guys to work with and the promoter is the most honest one I have ever met. Honesty is rare in this business. The AWA,EWF, UCWF,and a lot of others.
Q: What advice would you give other independent guys?
V: Be original. Say what you want to about ICP I don't give a shit. Have your own style and gimmick. Monday, Thursday, and Friday is good to learn from not steal from.
Q: What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever seen happen at a show?
V: Skabbs getting attacked by a retarded fan. For real, a mentally handicapped person. Funny shit yo!
Q: Describe a typical day in your life?
V: Drink some beer, go to the gym, smoke about a pack and a half of Camel lights, test some water, smoke a bowl, shave my nuts and jerk off.
Q: Who is your toughest opponent?
V: The Bravehearts... maybe. Ace O'Reily... or dumbass promoters that don't understand what the Jesters are all about (AWA).
Q: Who has been most helpful to you in wrestling?
V: My dad "Diceman" Ronnie Vegas. I have a ton of respect for him. He's taught me more than anyone. The Iron Sheik also has dropped a lot of knowledge on me, both with business and life in general. He is a great guy.
Q: Who trained you?
V: Depends on who you ask. Maybe BoBo Brazil Jr.
Q: What was your best match?
V: March 27, 1997 @ Olivet Nazarene University against Blaze Bigelow and Ace O'Reily. Or myself and Rob Ramer against Indiana Kidd Jr. and Itch Coma Weider anytime we met or THe Wicked Jesters vs. Heaven and Hell in Wisconsin for AAW.
Q: What is your favorite kind of match?
V: Three way dances
Q: What entrance music have you used?
V: For tags "Wicked" by Korn and "Psycho Circus" by KiSS. Singles I use "Bawitiba" by Kid Rock and "Coathanger" by my band Vomit Klown.
Q: Who do you know that is up and coming and should make it in the big time?
V: Gay Guy Lombardo, great gimmick and a great worker. Also Shawn Cook is great and so is Dirty Larry.

Tell me about the KISS connection.
I'm a huge KISS fan. In fact the name Wicked Jesters is taken from the original Kiss name Wicked Lester. Almost the whole gimmick was inspired by KISS and Vomit Klown. Sorry folks but I had no clue who ICP was when I came up with the gimmick.
Tell me about the sock.
Skabbs originally came up with the idea of me wearing a sock puppet. I was doing that about a year before Mankind debuted Mr. Socko. I don't want to talk about this anymore...
Tell me about Vomit Klown.
It's the band that I play in. I play bass and sing. The other members are Danny P. on guitar and vocals and Eric (Jester 6) on drums and vocals. We almost have a studio album completed and should be released on the indy lable GAR records by Feb. of 2000. I wore the clown make-up in the band too. Our style is similar to Rage Against the Machine and Faith No More. Real heavy music and vocals with alot of rap. We've been playing this style for 10 years. We've opened up for the Verve Pipe on the Midwest leg of their U.S. tour.
