William Shakespeare was born on the 23rd April 1564, in Stratford- Upon- Avon in England. He was third of eight children and the oldest boy. He married a lady called Anne Hathaway in 1582 when he was 18. They had three children. Two daughters and one son. First was Susanna who was born in 1583 and the other twins called Hamnet and Judith in 1595. Hamnet died in 1596
William Shakespeare was the most famous playwrite who ever lived. He was an actor and perfomed in his plays He was also a bisinessman who earned alot of money from his plays and bought properties in London and Stratford-Upon-Avon
William Shakespeare's father was called John Shakespeare.
He was a whittawer. His mother was Mary Arden.
When he died
Shakespeare died in Stratford-Upon-Avon on 1616 on his 53rd bithday. He was buried in Holy Trinitey Church. He left his wife his second best bed.
