Point System We discussed and approved the establishment of a point system so that members could obtain discounts to events, etc. We also discussed the awards account and giving out monetary awards for people who do things for the club.
It will work like this:
We have $70 in the Awards account.
Award amounts TBA (to be announced)
The System
Points are accumulated for various events and participation. Officers of the club get no points for officer jobs, because we are the movers and shakers--we do it out of public service and committment!
However, Officers can obtain points by all other means. Point values TBA (to be announced).
Various ways to get points:

Making Flyers
Distributing Flyers
Planning Trips (Trip Coordinator)
Planning Events (Event Coordinator)
Fundraising (Fund Raiser Coordinator)
Participating in Fundraisers
Attending Meetings
The one with the most point WINS!
