Hi, Once you've made the normal-size "John Laurence portrait" photo your Desktop, your monitor should look like this, as long as your monitor settings are at the normal (1024 x 768 pixels) setting of most people's screens:

But just in case that normal size picture is too big or too small for your monitor, please repeat the process again, this time using either

• the next larger size picture (1152x865 pixels) at larger.html or...
• the next smaller size picture (800x600 pixels) at smaller.html or...
• the smallest picture of them all (640x480 pixels) at smallest.html

Here again are the very easy instructions of how to make either of these pictures your Desktop:

• Aim your mouse's pointer at the "John Laurence" background image.
• Right-click on it (i.e. click on image with the right button of your mouse)
• Choose "Set as Wallpaper" from the options that appear.
• The next time you check your Desktop, John will be smiling at you!
