It's hard sometimes to really get a handle on the fact that God is aware of all the evil in the world before it happens. He knows those who will hurt others and those who will be hurt... many people take that thought and charge God with wrongdoing... questioning him for not stopping it. Evil isn't his fault, it's ours... the result of the free will we want so badly... the reality is we sin and others are hurt. I can't imagine how much God's heart must ache as he watches people being hurt and then watching consequences played out endlessly in our lives because we haven't dealt with the hurts. I can barely manage to survive the little bit of pain in my own life I can't even begin to imagine how much God must feel as he looks down at this world.
