I plan never to have graphics on this website. I may put up some pictures some day, on ONE of the pages. But that's it. Other than that, this will always be a purely textual webpage. And if you don't like that, if you want the pretty pictures...GET LOST. I don't want people that shallow around here anyways. This is a working man's site. No frills and gimmicks. Just the real stuff.
This phenomenon is not restricted to just the internet. In all aspects of life, it seems as though the trend is moving towards shallow. Insubstantial crap instead of reality. Perhaps this is because of the postmodern movement, and whatever came after it. Fragmentation of society is happening in a big way, and that contributes to the feel of unrealness that permeates society. This kind of blurring of reality is sometimes quite frightening. Do you know the feeling when you have deja vous? It's similar to that. I don't know how many of you have felt it. But if you're in tune with the world around you, and you study it, and feel it within you, you probably have. Makes you think, doesn't it, whether we're headed for some sort of cataclysmic episode of humankind from which we'll never survive. But I'm getting off topic.
And now I must dis-connect.
