Well, for one thing, water is better for you. With pop, there are many health concerns. For example, there's a ton of sugar in pop. You get fat. In diet pop, they have these weirdo sugar substitutes. You get cancer. There's caffeine. All sorts of crap in there. Cocaine even. With water, there's none of these concerns. The only concern is if the water is contaminated, and you die of some kind of disease. And that only happens rarely. And only if you drink tap water.
Water is cleaner. If you spill pop, you can bet there's gonna be a sticky mess that you'll never be able to clean up. Water, hell, just give it five minutes. You'll never even know that anything was spilled there.
And taste. Well, pop tastes good sometimes, no doubt about that. Some might say it's too sweet. And sometimes, you get that gritty feeling in your teeth. And depending on the brand, some tastes better than others. But it doesn't taste bad, I think. But water...I'll tell you what. When I'm really thirsty, there's nothing I want more than water. It can really taste sweet at times. Pop is hard to just tilt your head back and slam it all down. The carbonation provides some difficulties.
What else? Cheaper I guess.
I think water is pretty much a really good thing to drink. Simply delicious.
