The following technique may enable you to rid yourself of lower leg pain
caused by " shinsplints " ...
If you suffer from frequent lower leg pain due to what is commonly called " shin-splints",
Please try the following for the first 10 minutes of your waking day, for three days.
If it is going to help you,
you should notice major relief by the end of the third day ( and possibly sooner ).
As soon as you remember it after rising, walk as pidgeon-toed as you are able to
( toes pointed inwards on both feet )
for 10 minutes.
This should help to stretch the muscles that are the cause of shin-splints in short order.
