Jupiter Story
Part 4
Makoto: I… I can't believe it…
Before her eyes, Makoto finds the end of the stairway.
Makoto: it's about time too!
She walks up to the final step and heads for a door a few feet away. The floor pattern resembles the floor at the bottom of the tower. Makoto walks slowly to the golden door. She looks at an emblem embedded into the door.
Makoto: I wonder what that is? It looks like a hand holding a ball… and lines are pointing out and an eye… can I get a hint?
The Voice: what is truly behind this door can only be seen by this one
Makoto: huh?
The Voice: yes
Makoto: can I see what's behind the door?
The Voice: no
Makoto: then why am I here?! I didn't run all this way just to stare at a door!
The Voice: you may enter the outside, but you cannot see what is truly behind it
Makoto: ok…
Makoto slowly walks up to the door. She quickly twists the knob. Then she looks around. There is nothing. And then she opens the door at a blinding light shoots into the tower.
Makoto: AHHH!!
The Voice: do not open your eyes… but walk forward
Makoto: what is all this light?
The Voice: do as I say!
Makoto slowly walks into the brilliant light. She can start to feel her heart beating faster and faster.
The Voice: open your eyes
Slowly, Makoto opens her eyes. Around her is nothingness. Darkness, just as in the beginning.
Makoto: what? Where am I?
The Voice: you made it… you are alive…
Suddenly, Makoto shoots up from a bed. Her whole body is sweaty and her heart is pounding quicker and quicker. She tries hard to catch her breath but can't. She looks around, eyes wide open.
Makoto: where am I? What is this place?
A voice: who is it?
In the background, Makoto begins to hear a man's voice. It is familiar. The man walks in ready to unsheathe his sword.
The man: {gasp} you're awake! Thank goodness
Makoto: it's… it's… it's… you
The man: huh?
Makoto: B… B... B… Beano
Beano: you… you know me?

Commander: I'm glad that we are having this ball, it will make my men feel at ease
Queen Serenity: they have already given so much by just walking through the gates… I'm so glad that they are willing to help fight this battle
Commander: the prince insisted to help… and we didn't want to let him down… no one did
Queen Serenity: yes… but I have not heard a word from the other planets lately… the princesses are becoming worried… as am I…
Commander: maybe they are just very busy
Queen Serenity: … [maybe Beano is right… the inner planets might have been taken over…who knows what the Evil Spirit can do?]

Kinoko walks through the palace garden. She finds a particular rose, gently holds it up to her nose and sniffs lightly.
Kinoko: this is a very nice place… I would like to live here
She begins to look around more at the flowers. At the corner of her eye, Kinoko catches a glimpse at a beautiful flower arrangement. Kinoko quickly heads for patch of flowers and stares at them.
Kinoko: this is weird, these flowers have nothing to do with these roses… who would put these here?
Suddenly, an eerie wind picks up. A light flashes and Kinoko quickly turns around. There is a man standing from across the garden. He has spiky red hair and a red aura engulfs his body. Kinoko sneezes, looks in the same direction and looses sight of the man.
Kinoko: oh no… who was that? And the way he stared at me… I felt something cold about it… maybe I should tell the guards

Makoto: Beano, where am I?
Beano: why, you're on Jupiter
Makoto: what? Are you kidding?
Beano: no ma'am, and now since you have awaken, I can take you back home
Makoto: to earth?
Beano: ha ha… no no, to the palace
Makoto: wait wait… is this… the Silver Millennium?
Beano: it was… not too long ago… are you ok?
Makoto: then… I'm in the past?
Beano: what do you mean?
Makoto: I'm from the future Beano…
Beano: …but, how?
Makoto: I don't know, but I would like to know why I'm here
Suddenly, the ground begins to rumble a bit. Beano looks at a glass of water that sits atop a table. He stands up quickly and unsheathes his sword. Makoto looks at Beano.
Makoto: what is it?
Beano: usually earthquakes are quite rare around here, and I sense an evil presence… one I've never felt before…. And it's powerful too
Makoto: powerful evil force…. Wait, can it be?
Beano: what?
Makoto: the Master…
Beano: what?

Usagi: so, my mother announced the ball?
Beano: yes… and that was exactly when it was going to happen…
Rei: right, Queen Beryl was ready to attack when our guard was down…
Minako: she knew exactly when to hit
Luna: it was so scary too
Beano: you know about?
Artemis: well, duh
Beano: well, ok… that might explain some things [A-51 must have heard about this]

Queen Serenity: you look beautiful my darling…
Princess Serenity is dressed in a white silky dress, which reaches down to the floor. On her arm is a pearl bracelet. She also wears crescent moon earrings that dangle below her ears.
Princess Serenity: do you think he'll be here?
Queen Serenity: I am sure
The Princess walks daintily toward a window that looks out to the earth. She puts her hand on the window, gazes out the window and gives out a small sigh.
Queen Serenity: he will be here
The Queen sets her hand on Princess Serenity's shoulder. Princess Serenity turns around and hugs her mother. Queen Serenity responds by hugging her back.
Princess Serenity: I love you mother
Queen Serenity: I love you too my sweet little girl
Elsewhere, Kyuuichirou looks at himself in a mirror. He wears a black tuxedo and a frilly white dress shirt underneath along with black dress pants and shoes.
Beano: you look excellent Kyuuichirou
Kyuuichirou: thank you, Sir Beano
Beano wears a gray and black vest with a white dress shirt underneath, which is tucked into his gray dress pants.
Kyuuichirou: I don't mean to be rude, but you're style is quite different from what I have seen before
Beano: ha ha, don't worry about me, worry about yourself… hey, maybe you'll meet someone out there
Kyuuichirou: hmm, it would be nice… but it can't happen, I have to get ready for what is up coming
Beano: it's not like you're going to disappear, and speaking of which, I found out that this party was to be of the masquerade type, so have a mask
Beano shows Kyuuichirou a white mask. Kyuuichirou looks at the white face-covering object.
Kyuuichirou: oh, is that so? (sarcastically) Well, how can you meet someone if you can not see one's face?
Beano: (sarcastically) why, you must fall for one's eyes of course
Kyuuichirou: ah, yes, one's beautiful eyes may show an even deeper beauty that cannot be seen from the outside
Beano: (sarcastically) so, kind sir, may we go forth and search for our brides to be
Kyuuichirou: I shall gladly except this mission, kind Sir
Beano: then we are off
Beano hands Kyuuichirou a mask. At the same time, they slip the masks on. Then they head for the ballroom. Outside of the palace, A-51 calmly waits, cloaked.
A-51: soon… very soon, they will get my wraith…

Makoto: the Master… in the future, you told me that the Master was known as a spirit that conquered every planet except for the earth and after that, he came this way to take over Jupiter…
Beano: what? So, it's happening now?
Makoto: but… the chosen one is supposed to help
Beano: yes… I was told about this chosen one… so, is he going to help?
Makoto: he should
Beano: well, I got to find him… it was a special order given to me
Makoto: but, how do I get home?
Beano: hmm… you said that you are from the future, right?
Makoto: yes
Beano: then, I just might know what to do
Makoto: you can do it?
Beano: maybe…
Makoto: please try… I need to help my friends… someone is going to die if I'm not there
Beano: is there a war in the future?
Makoto: no… not yet… but there is this guy named A-51… he's a robot that is trying to kill the chosen one
Beano: a what? Ro-something
Makoto: robot… it's a future thing
Beano: ok, but I have to go now… our kingdom needs help against this spirit

Kyuuichirou: so, we head for the ballroom?
Beano: yes… Usagi, your mother sure knew how to throw a party
Usagi: really? I wish I could have been there
Rei: you were there stupid
Usagi: what?
Kyuuichirou: your past self… and there is no need for name calling Rei, please
Rei: whatever…
Minako: so Beano, what happened then?
Beano: well, we headed for the ballroom…

Announcer: and now presenting, Queen Serenity and her daughter, Princess Serenity
People around the ballroom start to murmur and comment. Then they begin to clap. Both the Queen and the Princess smile delightfully.
Announcer: and following the Queen and Princess are the princesses of their respectful planets… Princess Mercury… Princess Venus… Princess Mars… and Princess Jupiter
Beano: {gasp} Princess Jupiter looks wonderful
Kyuuichirou: she's the Princess of your planet, right?
Beano: why yes…
Beano looks at Kyuuichirou.
Kyuuichirou: …they all look nice
Beano: mm hm
Queen Serenity: I thank you all for coming… and I thank our soldiers for being here as well
Beano: heh, that means us
Kyuuichirou: but so far we have not done much… nothing has happened
Beano: maybe the monstrosity was scared off
Kyuuichirou: maybe… speaking of which, where is that girl? The one who was attacked by the monster
Beano: girl?
Kyuuichirou: yeah… I haven't seen her since that day

Everyone begins to clap and cheer. Music starts to play and people begin to dance under a beautiful arrangement of chandeliers. The princesses begin to split up and start mingling with the crowd. Princess Serenity begins to walk into a balcony, overlooking the Moon Kingdom, with her head down.
Princess Serenity: I don't even see him… maybe he couldn't come… he probably has a busy schedule…
A Man: may I have this dance, Princess Serenity
Princess Serenity: [that voice]
Princess Serenity looks up into the face the man. She sees a mask covering up his eyes, but recalls the voice.
Princess Serenity: your voice is familiar… may I see the rest of your face?
The man uncovers his eyes with the mask. Princess Serenity's eyes widen and tears of joy begin to fill her blue eyes. Her prince has arrived.
Princess Serenity: you came…
Prince Endymion: of course… I would never miss a chance to be with you…
Elsewhere in the palace, Kinoko is still in her room dressed in her silky white dress. She stares into her mirror; looking at herself.
Kinoko: what is my mission? I forgot… but that man… I think he might know… Kyuuichirou
Suddenly, Kinoko notices something close to her window. She notices that the background is a bit blurred. Then, two red lights shine close together in the blur.
Kinoko: what is…
The blur then appears as A-51.
Kinoko: {gasp} AHHHHHH!!!
A-51: well, well, well… two times we meet, what are the odds?
Kinoko: keep away, the guards will come…
A-51: the guards are nothing
Kinoko: Kyuuichirou will come too
A-51: foolish little girl, he too busy partying… he doesn't care about you right now… he's probably met someone and getting' hitched already
Kinoko: what are you talking about?
A-51: come on little girl, I need you to get him out of here so I can personally kill him, and I gotta do this before Beryl's attack
Kinoko: Beryl?
Small wires shoot out of the back of A-51 at wrap around Kinoko.
Kinoko: AHHHHH!!!!
At the ballroom, Kyuuichirou walks to the punch bowl, which is on the corner of the room. Suddenly, something strikes his mind.
Kyuuichirou: something is up…
Beano walks up to Kyuuichirou. Next to Beano is Princess Jupiter.
Beano: hey, Kyuuichirou…
Kyuuichirou: I'm sorry, but something is wrong… something evil is in the palace
Princess Jupiter: [that's funny, I sensed something weird too]
Beano: hmm… yes, I see… he must be here
Princess Jupiter: who?
Beano: a monster
Kyuuichirou: I must go now… excuse me Princess Jupiter
Kyuuichirou runs off toward the hallway, pushing through the crowd.
Beano: hey, I'm here too
Princess Jupiter: …he does seem like a nice person
Beano: well, I better go tell…
Suddenly, Luna and Artemis, run across the ballroom shouting about an attack.
Beano: damn… what bad timing
Princess Jupiter: oh no… Queen Beryl is attacking
Beano: damn… that too?
Princess Jupiter: I better see what's happening
Princess Jupiter runs into the panicking crowd. Beano loses sight of her.
Beano: damn… I wanted to help her! The King would have not liked this… but I better go follow Kyuuichirou… I know the monstrosity is up to something bad… maybe he found the chosen… I mean Great Warrior… I almost forgot my true mission
Beano heads for the same hallway Kyuuichirou entered. Outside of the palace, A-51 awaits with Kinoko over his shoulder.
A-51: and now, I wait… I just hope the attack isn't happening yet

The skies of Jupiter begin to blacken. Beano and Makoto continue to run through the woods toward the palace.
Makoto: I think we're going to be to late
Beano: we shouldn't give up quite yet
After a bit more running, they reach the end of the woods. Before them is a large field of broken down trees.
Beano: what…?
Makoto: this is bad isn't it?
Beano: how powerful is this spirit?
Makoto: very…
Beano: maybe I should take you back to your home now
Before Beano could do anything, monsters start to rise up around the field of deadwood.
Beano: do you have your transformation stick?
Makoto: no… I don't
Beano: ok… then I'll give you your other one… luckily we're on Jupiter
Makoto: what?
Beano kneels down and begins to pray silently. Suddenly, a glowing stick appears above him. The stick is green with the Jupiter symbol atop. Beano rises up and grabs the stick. He hands it to Makoto.
Makoto: it looks like the old one
Beano: old one? did you have a new one?
Makoto: uh, never mind… do I shout anything special?
Beano: yes… Jupiter Planet Power… your attack it the Jupiter lightning strike… it will call forth the lightning of Jupiter
Makoto: all right… JUPITER PLANET POWER, MAKE UP!
Beano: make up?
Sailor Jupiter: hey, this is my older uniform too…
Beano: you must be from the future…
Sailor Jupiter: ok… lets save my planet
Beano: ok…

Beano looks at everyone.
Kyuuichirou: I miss Mako-chan
Beano: she'll be back soon
Everyone: WHAT?
Kyuuichirou: when?
Usagi: how do you know?
Minako: tell us more!
Rei: tell us now!
Ami: calm down everyone… what are you talking about Beano-san?
Beano: I had a vision of Princess Jupiter… not too long ago… she's supposed to come back
Kyuuichirou: really?
Beano: yes
Luna: well that's a bit of a relief
Artemis: so you witnessed that day, Beano?
Beano: yes… it feels like it was yesterday… well it was close to yesterday
Kyuuichirou: what about Kinoko?
Beano: I wish I knew… but I don't, but I bet that monstrosity did this
Kyuuichirou: he will pay… I will avenge Mako-chan and Kinoko… [the next time I see that monster… he will perish]
