Dear "Michael Newman":

Notice is hereby served for yourself and/or your federal/state/local "color of law" associates to cease and desist slandering and/or libelling myself as:

1) Any type of person with a history--legal or otherwise--of having any "difficulties" with womena dn or children, as my PFN#API-564, a matter of public record, shows no such "felony convictions" let alone any such arrests (misdemeanor or felony) ever; nor, please take notice, have I ever been seriously investigated for ANY sexual harassment/molestation/domestic violence/assault or battery, etc...(being "snitchjacketed" by people like yourself with an illegal per se "dirty tricks"/po po black bag agenda does not constitute anything in our legal system except "projection paranoia"...)

2) Any type of police informant (paid, confidential, whatever ya got) or "undercover" or person having ever worked in such "police or law enforcement" capacity ( "suits, finks, humps, whatever ya got"); my associations, again, are a matter of public record and I pick and choose my friends carefully (just as I nurture friendships carefully and do not exclude persons from my company on the basis or rumour or "political correctness"; I do not see how any writer worth one's *salt* could ever be of any "interest" otherwise)...

3) Other conditions to be announced and imparted by my attorney, Mr. Patrick S. Hallinan, "Hallinan and Boro," San Francisco, CA

Your "difficulties" with people like myself--authentically talented, creativly and spiritually, perhaps can be traced to your patterns of association/behavior, in that you choose the company of convicted sexual offenders liek your friend "Casey," who, like yourself, "gets himself off the hook," as these bumpkins term the matter, by "rolling over on one's buddies"...(explaining why, as an organism, one like yourself is always in a "feeding frenzy" of imbalanced urges that cause your type to try and attach your "socially irredeemable" form to persons of *authentic* (not "compromised" in any shape or form) and very pristine nature like myself...

You are to cease and desist from interfering with my Rights of Association and Freedom of Expression; my attorneys will be subpoening you as to why you felt/feel you have *da Reich* to play "by any snitchjacketing necessary" with not only persons of the literary/publishing sphere of influence but women near and dear to myself as well...

signed under penalties of perjury,
