Loneliness
The sun has been engulfed by the deepest bay
It has ceased to drop its thin ray
No trace of light is bestowed by the moon once gay
It's beauty it has concealed beneath the skies so gray
Their shining glory the stars have hid away
Yea, darkness has prevailed over the short day

The once strong trees have given up their might
Their once youthful leaves have bowed down in spite
The once immense birds have been lost in sight
They have rested from their long distant flight
Even the fireflies have stopped yielding their light
Yea, the day has been surmounted by the night

Amidst all these a man stands in isolation
His mind dwelling on feelings of dejection
His voice speaks in utter obfuscation
His actions concealed by mystic pretension
Then he breaks down and entreats a compelling question:
"When are you going to leave me in oblivion?"
