Hi, my name is Esther Silliman , I am the new Region VI Secretary/Treasurer. I am a Clerk Typist III in the Jacksonville office. I dropped out of IAPES several years ago because I felt it was not for me.

Then I was "persuaded" to give the organization one more chance, & decided to do so when I heard that Thelma Hill was President & with a little bit of persistence from Sherry Cash.

I am sure with people like Thelma Hill & Sherry Cash at the HELM we will have a successful year.
