Drop Caps

his is a drop cap. It was made simply with a T from an ornate font (KellyAnn Gothic) in a large type size (72pt). The foreground color is blue, and Cutout was applied with Shadow Color set to black, Opacity set to 100, and Blur set to 2. The resulting image was cropped to the height and width of the T and then saved as a transparent GIF.

The T image was then embedded in this file using this HTML code:
