Fickle young adolescents trying to
Regain some control over their maladjusted lives in this
Environment, known to many as high school.
Stumbling through difficult classes and dealing with
Half-baked teachers that will remain for all eternity due to the
Menacing concept of everlasting seniority.
Eager for the future and reluctant to look back at their
Noxious lives in "junior high school."
Sophomoric "know-it-alls" that
Otherwise do not have a clue.
Pampered as a child, they are ready to emerge
Happily out of their cocoons of parental control and into the world new
Of driving!
Maneuvering crazily from lane to lane, scaring their poor
Over-protective parents to death that hope their children will
Resort to their dependence of long ago.
Eager to gain freedom from authoritative figures and
Speed away in a brand-new mustang-needless to say fantasy.
Jovial young adults that have attained
Upperclassmanship and the right to leave at lunch!
Not looking forward to the "dreaded term paper," or
Insidious testing (SAT, ACT), while simultaneously
Overloaded with exorbitant amounts of homework, pressure and the
Riotous voice of reason, also known as concerned, but nonetheless nosy parents.
Salvaging strength to seek diversion, but more notably ignore college matriculation.
Slothful entities that wish to expedite the school year.
Eager to enter adulthood with
Newly attained ambitions of college, freedom, and no parent supervision!
Ignoring, or rather "postponing"
Obvious obligations, namely work in just about every
Regard, until graduation and the summer we await!
Senioritis-enough said!
