"Another World"

About to jump into another world
I look around to remember.
This bliss, this love, this safety and comfort
Will soon be gone forever.

Happiness, hope, and huge excitement,
Hides a heart that fears.
A smile with sunshine and sweet silly thought,
Conceals the salty tears.

But I know I have to do this,
I know the time has come
To push through all the heavy clouds
And try to find the sun.

Despite the growing distance,
My safety will be near.
The leap itself is hazy
But the other world is clear.
