What is Divination?

Divination is the art and practice of using some means to predict future events. It measures the forces currently set in motion and derives the likely outcome from that.

So it's like Fortune Telling, right?

Not really. There is one important difference. Fortune telling implies that it tells you what will happen. The outcome is set in stone. Divination tells you what will most likely happen if you continue on the path you are on. You can affect the outcome fairly easily. For example, if I read your Tarot cards and tell you that you will find a great new job, and then you never apply for a job or check the want ads, you won't find one most likely. You have changed the energies in motion.

What kinds of divination methods are there

Literally hundreds, if not more. Some of the most common ones are Tarot, the Runes, Ogham, scrying, dominoes, cartomancy, and dowsing, although there are many many others. Three methods are discussed below.....more will be added in the future.
