My sister lives in NOLA, and I took this picture a long time ago when I went to visit her -back in the day when NOLA was still a real city wit all the eccentricities of a genuine history and not just a bunch of neurotic white people trying to make a new Disneyland. There's no other reason for this page except that I love (the real) New Orleans, my sister and the photo, which is hilarious. It's a little hard to see (it was night) but strain your eyes, for the ultimate in NOLA Americana
