Employees of Microsoft may not view the Mac Disadvantage Rebuttal website without first paying the required license fee of US $3279. Payment must be by check and made out to Mad Skills Productions Internationale ("MS," "MSPI").
After the involved party has paid $3279 to MSPI s/he will receive an exclusive license allowing viewage of the Mac Disadvantage Rebuttal Web site. The license is as follows:
- Non-transferrable - license may not be transferred to any other party and is valid for one person only (but unlimited usage);
- Licensee may not use the contents of this Web site for "original market research";
- Licensee agrees not to distribute site contents in any form whatsoever without prior permission (exception: if credited or otherwise noted, you may mirror or parody this site);
- Bug fix requests regarding this Web site will not be honored.
- License does not include bundled web-building software or browsers
