ADVERTISING:
I'll advertise in local newspapers, local Real Estate Home Buyer publications, post on the World Wide Web giving global and local coverage on your property, hold open houses, and list your property in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), giving you the seller the advantage of a larger sales market and exposure.

PRICING:
The average owner usually overprices a property then, later, ends up settling for a price below market value. I can help you in pricing your property at a competitive and fair market value.

EXPENSES:
As a Realtor I can give advice, based on experience, as to what repairs should be made. This often saves the sellers unecessary expenses.

TIME SAVING:
Selling a home often requires that appointments be made to show the the home. Owners who choose to sell their home on their own are often inconvenienced by the odd hour calls of potential buyers. I can schedule and coordinate all appointments in showing your home to proposed buyers and assist them in arranging for financing in the loan market.

There are many ways I can help in the real estate transaction. As an owner-seller, it is hard to follow-up inquiries without appearing anxious to sell.
