Subject: Spirit

Spirit is eternal, changeless, abstract, perfect, infinite Love.

Spirit is Divine Mind. Spirit is the Mind of Oneness.

Consciousness is split mind. Consciousness

arose only after the seeming "fall from Grace" and is

therefore the domain of the ego. Consciousness can be trained to more

consistently reflect right-minded thinking and approach a leaping off

point that might be described as accepting the AtOneMent or

Correction for the split in consciousness. Forgiveness, the real

world, and true perception are all illusions within consciousness,

though forgiveness is the only helpful illusion in that it is a

leaping off point for going beyond illusions entirely and returning

to Knowledge or Oneness (Spirit-- as described above).

Using the term Soul as synonymous with Spirit is meaningful as long

as it is understood that the Soul or Spirit never incarnates

or "comes in" to matter or time-space or flesh. Soul used in a system

of belief such as reincarnation (such as an individual, personal

soul) would be within the domain of consciousness. Pure

consciousness, using the terms in this way, would be contradictory in

that Pure is of Oneness and consciousness is within the ego's domain.

Oneness (Light) is real. Consciousness (darkness) is not. Darkness

disappears in the Presence of Light and therefore they do not co-

exist.

Pure Consciousness might be taken to mean a forgiven world where all

is one fabric, one dream. Pure would better describe Desireless Being

and which be taken to mean Spirit.

What is Most Important in all this--words are all symbolic and you

must go beyond the words to the Meaning to which they point. Spirit

is All Meaning-- wordless Communion! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh such is

Divine Silence. Such is the Truth. Amen.

Blessings,

David
