Morgan was born in a town in northern Scotland to a poor couple who owned and managed a failing antique shop. Even though they had very few material things, Morgan was a happy boy who his parents dearly loved. But things started changing. A trio of thugs started extorting money from the MacKays. The hapless couple couldn't afford the so-called "protection money." They bravely refused to pay. The hoodlums made good on their threats of violence. But as they broke into the house that night, Morgan heard them and rushed downstairs just in time to see them shoot his parents. He ran out into the street crying, and from that day on he could not stand the sound of gunfire. He was only 17 years old.

Since then, Morgan has dedicated his life to tracking down the killers of his parents. He has fervently studied many skills that would help him in his quest, which he has pursued with almost fanatical zeal. To support himself, he has become a mercenary, selling his skills to the highest bidder. However, Morgan refuses to kill innocent people, not wishing anyone to go through the pain that he still feels. He has traced his foes to a drug running operation in Italy, and now feels very close to his goal.

By day, Morgan sleeps in a hotel room. By night, he stalks his opponents silently, searching meticulously for any possible hint to their location. He is very patient, and will continue his search until he can no longer move. Morgan is very ruthless, quite cruel, and unstoppable when he is pursuing a goal. He has no friends and does not want any.

Morgan always wears a black and red kilt (a family heirloom) in addition to other traditional Scottish habiliments. He has a 17th century matchlock pistol stuck in his belt (modified to fire tranquilizer darts) along with a throwing knife, and carries around a rapier and a riot shield, made to look antique. Morgan has been picked up a few times by the local law enforcement for walking down the street swinging a sword, but has always managed to somehow "disappear" from custody. He usually has a few hundred dollars worth of local currency and information on his enemies stashed here and there in his hotel room.

Scenarios

- PCs investigating Italian drug running run into Morgan searching for his long-time adversaries. They may side with him against the now-powerful drug runners, and realize they are up against a branch of a large Columbian drug cartel, or they may eliminate him as a disruptive factor in their mission.

- Morgan may be hired for some illegal deed, and those hiring him may learn of his formidable task.

- The PCs are assigned to apprehend Morgan, wanted in many countries for various crimes. But Morgan has learned of their plans, and will do all he can to thwart them.

- Morgan may accomplish his goal and join Orion. He will be much less vengeful and a good, if slightly eccentric, addition to the Foundation.
