To Love Me Like Before

I wish I could pick up a seed
And make it bloom into a beautiful flower.
But I'm not all that magical,
I have no sort of power.

I wish I could show you the world
Through my glass ball.
But if I told you to look
You'd only see the wall.

I wish I could look in your eyes
And draw back any pain I see.
But I cannot do that.
I am only me.

I wish I could turn into cupid
And bless everyone around,
But even if I could,
Someone's heart would tumble to the ground.

I wish I could cast a spell
That would set hidden smiles free.
But not one person would let one smile out
Just for me.

I wish I could be a lot of things,
And I wish to do even more.
But the only wish I have right now
Is for you to love me like before.
