Remember

by Stephanie Hudson (14) and Ryan Robertson (13)

The day no one spoke, the day our souls were unlost
thats the day he was hung on the cross.
The day he died for our sins, the day he bled with two other men.
The day the thorn bush was put on his head,
the day his feet were tied togather, this day will be remembered forever.
That Sunday when he came back from the dead
they tried to kill him,but he just bled.
This miracle healer, healed the blind,
made baskets into bread and water into wine.
He said to come back and save you again, even if you have sinned
This is why when you close your eyes, you see a light
you don't know why, but you think it might be him
flying through heaven above,
gliding through space, like a graceful dove.
So remember tonight when you lay down to pray
remember Jesus and the Sabbath Day.
