You promised you'd always be there, when I needed the wisdom of a friend.
You promised me that you would restore my soul if I lost my faith.
You promised you would catch my fall.
I now need that wisdom of a friend.
I have lost my faith.
No one caught my fall.
Today didn't hear the words I love you.
I now realize that you are gone, and promise aren't forever.
