There once was a girl,
pretty and refined.
Everyone loved her,
she was a beauty queen.
The curly blond hair,
the big blue eyes.
She seemed so perfect,
she was the idol of the "rejects."
She wasn't like the rejects,
she never thought for herself.
She always did what everyone else did,
even if it didn't please her.
The rejects had a mind of their own
even if they were alone.
They all went to a party one night,
just to have some fun.
The rejects spoke of philosophy,
her only word was "me."
The rejects left the party
without even touching a drink.
She had already had too many,
and now was on the brink.
Her popular friends,
had told her to have those drinks.
But now she must get home,
she has to drive herself.
She finds her way to the car
and opens up the door.
She puts the key into the ignition
and starts the car.
She pulls out into the road
and drives for a while.
But she doesn't realize
she's going the wrong way.
Finally she see bright lights
coming straight for her.
There was a crash,
and then more lights.
But these lights were red and blue.
The popular girl was seen no more.
