My mind burned,
On fire, philosophies raced.
Into the endless, unforgiving pit,
Of empty virtues.
The pit twisted,
Knotting my heart.
It wrung the excess,
Away, away from me.
Nowhere was I,
I was here;
Waiting for hellfire,
To soothe my aching pain.
Wondering, waiting
Time seemed endless
Tick, tick, tick, tick
The clock announcing the countdown.
Was I stone cold?
In the hot sensations,
My answer lie.
Another death awaits my call.
Can I stop my summons,
As death awaits all.
Yet, do I fear?
Yes, the answer is!
My life flashed before me,
Countless mistakes, numerous fallings
Clouding my past.
Will I complete my destiny?
Words stuck like pinpricks,
As a crowd stared at me
Like I was worse than dirt,
Or a murderer.
Alas, a murderer was I.
Of many encounters,
Evil prevailed.
Gossip stirred,
Would this cruelty never end.
Eyes judging me,
Casting my fate.
Help, my wretched soul!
The suffocating feeling engulfed me.
Was I a success, no.
Questions arise,
As I great the sun;
Will I be strong?
Embrace the fate,
Bestowed upon my ghastly soul.
Lead me martyrs, oh death!
Seize the moment, seize the hour.
The last seconds of life,
Make each one count.
As the drums gong at the gate,
March proudly,
Not ashamed of the spit in my eyes,
Not ashamed of the blood to my name.
March onward, never stopping.
To the black-masked man,
Undress the mask, a human.
Keep my head high,
I am a legacy, a victim.
Though my victims lie dead,
Welcoming me to the after-life,
Only to enjoy killing me.
Be strong, I will.
Remember, I'll try.
My life is worthless
Keep me a fresh thought in your minds.
It is time.
The seconds draw to an end.
My strength pulsates throughout my body.
Thoughts of accomplishments make way,
Now, not ashamed of one am I.
A speech read,
I am ready.
The sunlight catches in the metal blade.
O' happy fate, I welcome thee.
