My dreams have been shattered,
My hopes are lost.
As you walked away from me,
You took each and every one
And scattered them into the wind.
They're gone forever,
They'll never return.
As I sit here hopeless,
And lost in my tears of sadness,
I think of what could have been,
What was meant to be.
But I must live in the reality
Of this and realize that:
There is no point to living,
There is no point to life.
All your hopes and dreams will be shattered
A thousand times more.
All I can do now is sit and wait,
Wait for someone better than you to come along.
