These eyes so empty
Windows to the soul
Thus these days of mine
Have left a burning toll
I can't feel within
My soul's on fire
Douse these flames
No one else can fly higher
Eyes watch me with growing intent
I know too well what they expect
No one else really matters
It's not just your love I neglect
No one loves what is within
My hate never can tire
You know all too well
All you are is a beautiful liar
I have wandered without Light
Soaked and Ripped Away
I never used to be this weak
I can't find the words to say
I can't be inside
Deny me my admire
I turn it all to Hell
My soul's on fire
Hold me down
My soul's on fire
Lock me up
I can fly higher
Beat me down
I'm a terrible liar
Show me up
Take away my desire
Burn you down
