A thick blanket lay overhead of me,
Hazing a clear view from my vision.
Though I soon notice the obtrusive object;
My life, and in rather plain terms,
A very dull one. How I long to be carefree again.
This life of mine, is full of something,
Clouding my view of the real world.
The world as it is, not as I believe.
There is so much I cannot see,
All because my life blocks the view.
