REPUBLIC OF ARGENTINA
There are no Indult Latin Masses in the Argentine Republic. However, there are
jurisdictions of several Eastern Catholic Rites and an Ordinariate at Buenos Aires for
most other Eastern Rite Catholics. Following are the jurisdictions of particular Churches:
A. ANTIOCHENE RITE: MARONITE USE
(Suffragan of the Latin Archdiocese of Buenos Aires):
Diocese of St. Sharbel at Buenos Aires
B. ARMENIAN RITE
Exempt Diocese of St. Gregory of Narek at Buenos Aires
Apostolic Vicariate for México and Latin America (for Armenians outside Argentina;
seat at Buenos Aires, Argentina)
C. BYZANTINE RITE: UKRAINIAN USE
Exempt Eparchy of Buenos Aires: There are Masses at the following
places: the City of Buenos Aires; Sarandi in the Province of Buenos Aires
(south of the City, along the Rio de la Plata); Presidencia Roque Saenz Peña in
the Province of Chaco; Leandro N. Alem in the Province of Misiones; Posadas,
Misiones; San Vicente, Misiones; Bowen, Mendoza.
