Throughout its impressive history, St. Xavier has represented a commitment to the best Jesuit traditions of thoughtful inquiry and quality education. As one who was privileged to serve as the first non-Jesuit chairman of Xavier’s board, I have been proud of the school’s dedication to challenging its students to grow and to think. |
In what seems all to often to be a morally ambiguous world, Principal David B. Mueller and The Rev. President William L. Verbryke reflect sensitivity to the concept that to understand is neither to endorse nor to criticize. They provide thoughtful leadership to this very special institution.
