I waited an additional day, thinking that
you would print the positive responses you received regarding the March
23 article "I David, take you, Marc,[Feedback: Gay marriage brouhaha,
March 29] Have you received no positive letters regarding this piece?
Let me be the first. Thank you, Enquirer, for printing something
that was of interest to more than a few of your readers. Do the people
who objected to this article read every news item on every page of The
Enquirer? |
If they're not interested in the headline, they shouldn't read
it. Many of us were interested and are thankful to be able to read news
about gay people that isn't a story about violence, hatred, or disease.
To anyone who read the responses to this
fine article, can there now be any doubt why we need a human rights ordinance
that includes gay men and lesbians?
