The Supreme Court made the right decision in not overturning the wishes of Cincinnati’s voters. Homosexuality, which is clearly a lifestyle choice, is not deserving of special protection status, and to ever award it would set a dangerous precedent.
Of course, many would argue that homosexuality is not a choice, but is genetic, and therefore deserving of protection. But one simple truth |
refutes this argument: Any humans with a genetic predisposition to mate with the same sex would have, for obvious reasons, failed to procreate long ago.
