A Koan

A monk approached Mummu and asked, "Does that rock have Buddha nature?"
And Mummu replied, "No, it does not."
The monk asked, "Does that tree have Buddha nature?"
And Mummu replied, "No, it does not."
The monk asked, "Does the grass have Buddha nature?"
And Mummu replied, "Yes, the grass does."
The monk asked, "Why?"
And Mummu replied, "What is that?"
