Mishnah - Instruction
Scholar Chiefs: The Constitution lists many rights, but you can't change a law given to the people to hold back another law. This amendment states that the people have full power. The purpose of the amendment states that peoples rights are being protected. The law makes it fair among all the people. Once a law is made, you are expected to follow it. People cannot change the law to favor themselves. Scholar White's: The number of rights in the Constitution, should not be explained as dening or ranking others. That you should be equal to all people. That you should never leave a person out from anything, no matter how they look or act. |

Gemara - Completion
Scholar 80: The Constitution has many lawas a law given to the people cannot be changed. People have rights and no law can be changed just to make the law wrong. If they give us a law that we can get our license at age 15 they can not change the law to another age. 15 year olds have rights too. Scholar Dig: The law means to me that in no way shall any law be anymore imortant or greateer than any other. No right shall be used to outweigh any others. They interpratated the law, in my opinion, in accurately. They didn't interpret this correctly. We could use the law to keep loopholes in the legal as hard to form as possible. It is also essential in the making of laws today. |
