Bill of Rights Amendment IV

Mishnah - Instruction

Scholar 80: Nobodies personal possiens can be searched or taken away with out a consent or warrent. The search has to describe the reasonable cause with permission about the person's personal possesions. The purpose of this law is to rightfully protect citizens. It also gives the authorities right to search for a good cause to society. You have to ask to look through or take other people's important things with permission from higher authority. The permission has to describe a good reason and the things being looked for or taken.

Scholar Buds: The law means that every person has a right to their privacy unless authorities obtain a document stating that it would be legal to search your private belongings, because they have a probable cause for searching someones belongings. The purpose is to protect and ensure the privacy of all citizens. No one can vilate your privacy.

Gemara - Completion

Scholar Chiefs: That persons belongs and possessions can not be searched without propable cause. A person can be searched only with a warrant if they have suspison. Yes it was accurate. If someone was suspected of drugs the police could not search the person without a warrant of the cause from the correct authority.

Scholar Bone: To us this law means that the people have rights to be protected against being violated. People can resist against violation of privacy, but for a good reason they can be seized. Accurately and completely. They could use it in a unlawful entry.
