Spiritual enrichment, social activities, sports and theater events, and community service projects are only the beginning of our mission.
We are a Community of Adults, single and married in our Twenties-N-Thirties (21 & up!) who get together for friendship and fellowship, and are part of the bigger Holy Family Community here in Orlando. Our goal is simple. We seek to provide a healthy, diverse, and well-balanced Christian environment in which we all can grow, as God intends.
We meet each week at 7pm for our regular Thursday night meetings on the second floor of the Social Hall at Holy Family. We share how our faith plays a part in our family relationships, our love lives, our friendships, office politics, et cetera. On the last Thursday night of each month we all go out together for dinner. You do not have to be a member of Holy Family to attend, so we invite you to join us! (And feel free to bring a friend!)
At the 6pm Mass on Sunday, we sit together in the far-left section (facing the Altar) in front of the Holy Family statue. After Mass, we meet just outside the Church by the fountain and go out to a local restaurant together to eat.
Often we all struggle with the same issues as we begin our own lives and careers. Amazingly, many of the fears we have and the doubts that hold us back are the same for most of us. If you need a place to share your experiences in an open environment, with fellow Christians, then join us.
This community of young adults serves as a "home" for all of us who are trying to walk by faith in this seemingly faithless world. Whether you have been close to your faith all of your life or just looking for a way to find God's love for the first time, you are welcome.
We are not a country club or a dating service for singles, and we are not a counseling group. You may be challenged from time to time on your beliefs and your actions. However, for the most part, you will most likely establish meaningful relationships with others, be accepted and understood for who you are, and hopefully grow in your faith. If you are in need of some truth and hope in your life, then take the time to become involved.
We share a lot of great times! And we share them together! Why don't you join us?
Whether we're helping out, or relaxing on the weekend, we are always seeking to grow in some way so that we may be stronger in our faith and closer in our relationships. Please join us for one of our weekly meetings and find out for yourself who we are and what we do. There is a great deal of diversity in this Community and many different activities to get involved in. There is a service project every month, weekly spiritual activities and something going on almost every weekend.
