This is one of the most famous taverns in the lunar Empire, chef Mahroon and his wife Yeshim runs this tavern since 12 years back. This is a meeting place with several small dining rooms where guests can have their private dinner table. This makes it very popular among Etyries traders since this is an excellent place to make business.
Among the famous guests that had visited the tavern are Shabak N'arone, founder of the faculty for studies of the barbarian culture, the Red emperor and it is also rumoured the the lord of Dorastor, Ralzakark, has been here (this is however not confirmed).
They all have come to taste the famous Moonflower dish in four servings. A secret recepie that Mahroon has inherited from his grandfather. The moon flower is a special water lily with marvellous taste (like a mix between viper's grass and honey) and the only place where it grows is in the waters around the palace of flowers.
The market price is quite high and the reason for this is that it is rare and have a magical influence on the eater, when it is full-moon it glows in the dark and it gives the eater an additional 2 mp at full-moon, and 1 mp at half-moon. ( When there is no moon the moonflower tastes awful). These benefits can only be achived after eating all of the four servings.
The tavern has en extensive wine list where most of the wines are imported from the south, among the most famous wine are the Woonegau Barrel Selection, from Baron Woonegau's vineyard's in the holy country (sundrieid fruit with a fragrance of peppermint) There is also a selection of rare wines and brandy from the Uz and the Aldryami.
Mahroon has two huge dark troll's employed as his doorkeepers, they are extremely polite and always cool. Their presence makes the tavern a calm place where fights are rarely seen. They are brothers and where gifted at birth with a blessing that give them immunity to all magic. Their geases are that they have to live among humans and have lost their troll temper.
