There are many ways you can improve your shot but the first thing i want to talk about is the word BEEF. The "B" stands for
the base of the body, to keep it balanced. The "E" stands for Eyes at the back of the rim. The other "E" stands for
Elbose in. And the "F" stands for follow through with your shot.
To play defense you will need to use both your eyes and your feet to be able to keep up with your opponent.
You will need good basketball shoes to suport your feet so injuries do not accure.
