8. Magical work

A magical work should begin with a statement of intent. What do we intend to accomplish? It should also include a statement of means. How do we intend to accomplish it? Whatever we do the work must focus the attention of the group.

The magical work can be almost anything: Vows, Thanks, Spell Casting, a Rite of Passage, or the dramatization of mythic theme (Passion Play).
